Keystone provides Audit, Accounting, and Advisory Services in the areas of financial and administrative management, organizational and business improvement, program management support, budget support, financial analytical services and reconciliation, technology management and staff augmentation to leading Accounting and Audit firms in Chicago, Washington, DC and other metropolitan areas.

Keystone is looking for a Senior Staff Consultant to support one of our valued clients in Alexandria, VA, one of the world's leading professional services firms and the fastest growing Big Four accounting firms in the United States.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Copy editing for written materials
  • Meeting minutes during senior executive meetings and tracking action items
  • Develops briefing material for large-scale events
  • Coordinates logistics for program-wide events and training sessions
  • Collects feedback from large events and trainings and presents a consolidated feedback presentation to leadership
  • Performs quality checks on individual work products/deliverables
  • Complies with tasks/assignments as designated by team lead
  • Builds credibility, rapport, and trust with client

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must Be A US Citizen with a Department of Defense Public Trust clearance and possess the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; Current Department of Defense Interim Secret Clearance or higher is preferred.

Education/Experience:

  • Four (4) year college degree in Accounting, Business Management related field from an accredited institution.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in accounting, finance or a related field.

 Desired Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Experience with DOD and DLA financial management policies and procedures a plus.
  • OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-134, A-136 and other OMB policies FASAB, SSAC, and SFFAS experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with DoD and DLA financial management policies and procedures a plus.
  • Experience with copy editing
  • Experience with Associated Press (AP) writing style
  • Strong writing skills and very detail oriented
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating large corporate events
  • Comfortable synthesizing large amounts of data and analyzing data for trends
  • Comfortable taking meetings minutes during fast-pace meetings
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with peers and leadership
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
